Leinart throws for 400 yards and 5 TDs (just like Palko did vs the Irish) and he CEMENTED his Heisman victory?  Notre Dame is ranked #114th in Pass Defense
I could have throw for 2 touchdowns

Adrian Peterson & Jason White are named finalist for the Maxwell Award (Best Player). Matt Leinart was the other finalist. 2 Sooners, in the top 3. Who will stop OU's offense?????

Josh McCuistion writes on Rivals.com about Adrian Peterson: "I've just run out of superlatives to describe quite possibly the best freshman running back, ever. His 32 carries for 240 yards and three touchdowns was treated by Peterson and the Sooner coaching staff as just another day at the office. Scary enough, it's becoming common place to expect the amazing from the freshman."
So true Josh, Adrian Peterson running for 200 yards, doesn't surprise us anymore. The man is an incredible player.

Bowl Projections: Adrian Peterson will be in Miami! Sooners to the Orange Bowl
It's not like last year where the strength of schedule and computers had a big influence and allowed LSU to leapfrog USC. The gap is still too wide between Oklahoma and Auburn and the human polls have far too much influence. So if Auburn doesn't get past OU in the polls, it's going to be USC - Oklahoma. Link

A G E N D A, AGENDA

HEY GAMEDAY! You forgot to give Adrian Peterson a helmet sticker today. And what? No Heisman talk? Thanks! I did have to hear about Auburn probably 20% of the show. Did Adrian Peterson out rush both Cadillac and Ronny? Oh I see 96 yards combined for the dynamic duo. And Auburn's D really does well, against below average offenses. Fantastic, go check Auburn's opponents offensive rankings.

CBS Halftime show (AU vs. Bama game), showing highlights of Adrian Peterson against Baylor, proclaim, "Give him the Heisman now" about Adrian Peterson

Adrian Peterson had 32 carries for 240 yards, and  3 TD. OU beat Baylor 35-0. Adrian Peterson was incredible.  AD is in a class by himself.

Trev Alberts now has Adrian Peterson at the top of his Heisman list.

HEY ESPN, OU got criticized for nebraska right? Did espn watch their own Utah BYU game? 45-21 wasn't enough for Utah? So they scored with 1 minute left, and Alex Smith still in, to make it 52-21. Where is the criticism of Utah? Oh Utah is cinderella. And OU is the team that disappointed everyone last year. Keep push Auburn above OU. I wish OU could play Auburn. OU healthy (i.e. Perkins is BACK), is the best team in the country. Sorry Cadilliac, you aren't half the back our 19 yo phenom Adrian Peterson is.
